Hip Code Records is an independent jazz label. We follow every record from the studio to the release: masters, credits, codes, worldwide digital distribution and the protection of writers' and musicians' rights.
Hip Code Records is part of the Moveubabe Music group: two labels, one for each sound, and one publishing company, all run by the same team. Hip Code Records releases jazz, acid jazz and blues; Moveubabe Records releases pop and electronic music; Moveubabe Music Publishing Group (BMI) publishes the songs of both labels.
That means masters and publishing on our catalogue sit under one roof: one contact, one deal, fast clearance for sync and licensing.
